In addition to our product development activities, we support our clients by strengthening their teams with qualified IT consultants. Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Brussels, with flexible remote work options.

As an IT Business Manager, you play a key role in the growth of Eachstapp.
You are responsible for business development in two main areas:
- the placement of IT consultants with our clients, and
- the sale of web and mobile development projects delivered by our internal teams.

You identify and develop opportunities, understand clients’ business and technical challenges, and propose the best approach: consultant augmentation, end-to-end project delivery, or a combination of both.

Responsibilities

Business Development
- Develop and manage a client portfolio
- Identify, qualify, and convert business opportunities
- Understand client needs and build tailored proposals
- Negotiate commercial terms and ensure follow-up of collaborations
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships

IT Consulting & Talent Management
- Source, recruit, and select IT consultants
- Place consultants on suitable client assignments
- Ensure consultant follow-up (onboarding, feedback, career development)
- Build and maintain a high-quality pool of IT talent

Digital Projects
- Identify opportunities for web and mobile projects
- Work with technical teams to define project scope and requirements
- Contribute to the preparation of offers and commercial proposals
- Ensure a smooth transition between the sales phase and delivery teams

Qualifications
- Proven experience in IT consulting and/or IT staffing
- Strong business development and client management skills
- Experience in recruiting and placing IT consultants
- Ability to understand client needs and propose the right profiles
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Autonomous, proactive, and strong sense of responsibility
- Languages: French, Dutch and English required
